Customs Charges
The following are customs-dues charged in Curacao including the 10% surcharge. Entry and Clearance of Vessel St. Anna Harbour:
Customs Surveillance on Board or on Pier: All ports:
Weekdays Saturday Sunday & Holidays from 06.00 to 06.00 ANG. 10,45 per hour Customs no longer place a customs guard on board ships in port, with the exception of cruise and passenger ships, but ships must still pay ANG. 10,45 per hour, from the time of docking until undocking, for surveillance on and around the piers. On board cruise- and passenger ships usually two customs guards are still placed, mainly for the control of deliveries on board of "bonded" stores and "bonded" purchase by ship and transit passengers. The charge is ANG. 10,45 per guard per hour for the duration of vessel's stay in port. The customs always reserve the right to place a guard on any ship they deem necessary. Guarding officers assigned to a vessel are to be extended the normal courtesies. While at the gangway coffee and tea to be offered in accordance with vessel's habit and at breakfast, lunch and dinner it is mandatory that they be offered a meal in the first class dining room or the officers' mess.
